Approximately 1–2 hours of flexibility may occur in the itinerary due to natural causes, traffic, road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Due to natural causes or circumstances beyond the tour operator’s control, the itinerary may be altered by the Trip Leader when necessary.
Access to certain destinations may depend on current weather and road conditions.
Jeep charges are not included unless specifically mentioned under Services Included.
The hotels mentioned in the itinerary may be substituted with another hotel of similar category depending on availability.
Departure Policy
Please arrive at the designated departure point by the scheduled departure time. A maximum grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed. After this period, the vehicle will depart and the booking will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a missed departure due to late arrival.
